Seattle residents interested in installing a rain garden or cistern in their yards can find out more at an open house tomorrow.
Seattle homeowners with rain gardens help slow and filter pollutants from stormwater. On average the gardens divert 20,000 gallons of runoff each year from entering our waterways. Plus they are a beautiful addition to a yard.
