Seattle Public Utilities’ North Transfer Station in Wallingford will be closed on Thursday, July 4 to help ease traffic congestion from the 4th of July event at Gasworks Park. Residential solid waste collection will remain on normal schedule (this means Thursday customers should put their containers out as usual), and the South Transfer Station will be open for customers from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
