Chill It!

Chilan from Seattle’s Leschi neighborhood has a cool way of storing leftovers before composting them:

“I reuse my old organic leafy greens plastic tub and store it all in the freezer!  I use each tub until it cracks, and then I recycle it.  It’s a great way to reduce, reuse, and recycle.”
