Save $200 on New Appliances

The Cash for Appliances Washington Program (PDF) is offering rebates on the purchase of new appliances.

A $75 rebate is available for qualified refrigerators (PDF), and a $100 rebate is available for qualified clothes washers (PDF). Funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Even better news: the state clothes washer rebate can be combined with the WashWise Rebate Program. WashWise offers rebates of up to $100 on qualified clothes washers. That’s a combined savings of $200!

Things to remember:

  • All purchases must be made on or after March 15, 2010 to be eligible for the Cash for Appliances Washington Program.
  • If purchasing a new clothes washer, make sure it’s listed as a qualified appliance for both programs so you are eligible for the maximum rebate.
  • All replaced refrigerators must be recycled (PDF).

In addition to the rebates your new appliances will provide you lasting savings – using less water and energy, which means lower utility bills. You will also be conserving natural resources.
