Contact Center Hours Temporarily Extended through Nov. 5

Call center representative helping customer.

Starting Oct. 8 through Nov. 5, customers can call the Contact Center on Saturdays from 8 am to noon. Saturday hours will be temporarily offered through at least the month of October. The temporary Saturday hours will provide additional opportunities for customers who have questions or need assistance.

In addition, Seattle Public Utilities (water/sewer/garbage) and Seattle City Light (electricity) are continuing to connect customers with the support they need to get caught up and stay current on their bills.

If you are behind on your utility bills, we’re here to help and urge you to contact us now. We offer flexible payment plans to all customers, as well as Emergency Assistance and the Utility Discount Program to income-eligible residential customers. Customers can reach the Contact Center at (206) 684-3000 (interpretation services available at no cost) or submit a question by email. Customers can also visit https://myutilities.seattle.gov/ to view their account, make a payment, setup AutoPay, and much more.
