We’re continuously improving the Utility Services Website to make your customer experience as positive as possible. In addition to existing online account capabilities, enhanced account management and self-service features include:

  • Start or stop service
  • Enroll in autopay
  • Request a payment plan
  • View water or energy usage over time
  • Manage your garbage, recycling, and food/yard waste service (report a missed collection, change your container size, check your collection day, and schedule a special item pickup)
  • Turn paperless billing on or off
  • Co-browse with a customer service agent
