Consultants: Connect & Collaborate

SPU is proud to announce that registration is now open for the ninth annual Consultants: Collaborate and Connect. This event will take place on Wednesday, Sept 30, from 9 am – 12 pm (PST). To allow for safe attendance for both staff and attendees, this year’s event will be moving to an online platform.

During this event, representatives from across the City of Seattle’s many departments will showcase upcoming opportunities for consultants in an effort to connect and network.

With a focus on previewing projects to come, attendees will be among the first to learn about future initiatives taking place within the next two years (2020-2022). It is SPU’s hope that this event provides consultants and City departments alike with ample opportunity and time to network, plan and develop strong proposals with inclusive partnerships.

This event will include:

  • Presentation of upcoming City consultant projects
  • Access to City Project managers and attendee contact information for future networking opportunities
  • Information on contracting with SPU during the pandemic and after
  • Information on City of Seattle Technical Assistance Program
  • WMBE (Women & Minority Business Enterprise) Advocate recognition award

To register for this exciting event, visit https://tinyurl.com/WMBEconsultants. Registration is free for attendees.

While attendees won’t have the opportunity to meet in person at this year’s event,
we are working to provide ample opportunity to connect & network.
