Seattle Public Utilities, CleanScapes and Waste Management are offering $100,000 in prizes to help residents reduce waste and recycle more in their neighborhoods.
Recent winners include communities in the Wedgwood, Roosevelt, Ravenna-Bryant and Rainier Valley neighborhoods.
