Join Seattle Public Utilities naturalists for a tour of the Cedar River Watershed, the source of 70 percent of the Seattle area’s drinking water.
These interpretive journeys by bus into the 91,000-acre protected watershed are held most Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from July 15 to September 11. Anyone 10 years or older may take tours, which last from 9:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and start and end at the Cedar River Watershed Education Center near North Bend.
The cost is $10 for adults; $5 for youth (age 10+) and seniors. Call and ask about our one-hour waterfall tours for families with younger children.
