Seattle food and yard waste, garbage and recycling collections will be on normal schedule for Monday’s Fourth of July holiday. Seattle Public Utilities customers should place their containers out for collection by 7 am to ensure collection.
The South Recycling and Disposal Station will be open on Monday, July 4, during its regular business hours: 8 am to 5:30 pm. The station is located at 8105 5th Avenue South in South Park.
The North Recycling and Disposal Station located in the Fremont/Wallingford area will be closed.
Customers can report a missed garbage, recycling or food and yard waste collection after 6 pm on the day it was missed by calling 206-684-3000 or by visiting us online.
