As a part of Seattle Public Utilities’ and Seattle City Lights’ Utility Discount Program, signup events are being held around the city. The program is based on income. See if you qualify to get 50 percent off your bill.
Get signed up at International District/Chinatown Community Center on November 19-21, from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. The event will be hosted by community partner International District Housing Alliance. Interpretation is available in Cantonese, Hindi, Kannada, Malay, Mandarin, Tagalog, Taiwanese, Toisanese, and Vietnamese. If you can’t make it to this event, call them directly at 206-623-5132 for ongoing signup assistance at this location.
Other signup events will be happening around the city with other city partners through January. Go to www.seattle.gov/MyBill for more information on other locations and what documentation to bring.
