The Office of Housing’s Home Repair Loan Program provides no-interest loans to qualified low- and moderate-income Seattle homeowners for needed repairs.
Seattle Public Utilities customers who qualify can find help with costly repairs to the following:
- Side sewer
- Water line
- Plumbing
- Hot water heater
Eligibility is based upon the number of household members and total household income. Maximum monthly income* for home repair loans:

| 2 person | $4,266 | 6 person | $6,187 |
| 3 person | $4,800 | 7 person | $6,612 |
| 4 person | $5,333 | 8 person | $7,041 |
