Seattle Public Utilities is offering a $30 instant discount on efficient toilets to help local homeowners cut their water bills while helping to protect precious water resources. To receive the discount, customers need to take the $30 coupon they received in their most recent utility bill to one of six participating retailers by October 31, 2009:
