Food and yard waste, garbage and recycling collections are on normal schedule for the observed Veterans Day holiday, Monday, November 12.
Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) customers should place their containers out for collection by 7 a.m. to ensure collection.
Customers can report a Monday missed garbage, yard waste or recycling collection by calling (206) 684-3000 on Tuesday or by clicking on “Report Missed Collection” at SPU’s web site, www.seattle.gov/util.
The City of Seattle’s North Recycling and Disposal Station in the Fremont/Wallingford area and the South Recycling and Disposal Station in the South Park area will be open during regular hours on Sunday, November 11, and Monday, November 12 from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
